LORAC PRO 2 palette is identical in layout to the first iteration, with two rows of eight shadows each-one matte and one shimmer ,all packed in a gray case instead of black one. It comes with a mini 0.19 oz of LORAC Behind the Scenes eye primer, which is really good by the way.
I have to say I like this palette more than the previous Lorac pro. The eyeshadow colors are different from the original palette and a little more interesting to me .They are not to warm or to cool.
The eyeshadows are very pigmented and soft. Sometimes I think to soft. Especially the matte ones tend to be powdery so you need to be careful not to pick up to much of the product.
Now lets’ go to the colors description:
-Buff -a light, yellow-toned beige with a matte finish
–Lt. Brown – as the name says it ,it is a light brown with warm undertones and matte finish.
–Cool Gray – a neutral gray-taupe shade with matte finish.
–Nectar -a light, muted peach with warm, orange undertones and a matte finish.
–Plum – a dark, plummy purple with warm undertones and a matte finish.
–Navy – dark, lightly brightened, navy blue with a matte finish and very tiny shimmers spread throughout. You can’t see the shimmer when applied on the eye lids.
–Charcoal – a medium-dark gray with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish.
-Black-black with matte finish.
–Snow – neutral white with almost metallic finish.
–Beige – a light peachy beige with warm undertones and a frosted finish.
–Rose – a bright, metallic copper with warm undertones.
–Mocha -a dark brown with warm, reddish undertones and a frosted finish. Beautifully pigmented !
–Chrome – a medium taupe with a slightly warm undertones and a frosted finish.
–Silver -a medium, metallic silver with slightly warm undertones.
–Jade – a dark, smoky forest green with warm undertones.
–Cocoa is a dark red-brown with a semi matte finish and very soft shimmer. It is very rich in pigment but a little powdery.
